Refreshing Summer

We're kicking off our exciting collaboration with Japan Airlines with a delicious snack from Hyogo Prefecture as our Star Product: Petites Gaufres Choifres! A combination of the words "choices" and "gaufre", Choifres is an assortment of gaufre, which is a type of light, crispy, and airy waffle-like pastry.

Choifres comes in five different flavours: Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, matcha, and orange-chocolate—two of which will be chosen by random for June Omiyage Box. Choose your favourite flavour for yourself and your loved one!

This cider-flavoured jelly drink protects the body from the heat and replenishes your body's water and salt levels. Best enjoyed when chilled or frozen as sorbet — now you're ready for summer!

*Curated in collaboration with Japan Airlines. Setouchi Lemon Jelly is a lemon jelly that has the refreshing combination of the mellow sweetness of honey and the slight bitterness of lemon peels made with "Setouchi Lemon" from Hiroshima Prefecture, located in the Setouchi area.

This unique jelly is made using lemons from Hiroshima and an added fragrance of "Okayama Mild Pakuchi", a mild-smelling coriander from Okayama Prefecture. Okayama Prefecture is a major producer of coriander. The mellow sourness of lemon jelly is followed by the refreshing scent of coriander, enjoyed by both coriander lovers and cynics around Japan!

*Curated in collaboration with Japan Airlines. Going back to the basics of what a souvenir should be, Yoshimi birthed a unique Sapporo souvenir that tastes good and lingers in the mind of those who eat them: Oh! Yakitokibi.

Inspired by the taste of baked corns sold on "Tokibi Wagon" (corn wagons) in summer festivals, this okaki (rice cracker) is made with domestically produced glutinous rice, with plenty of corn kneaded into the rice to give it a crispy texture and rich flavour. Dried kernel corn is added to give it a natural sweetness and crunchiness that can also be enjoyed.

*Curated in collaboration with Japan Airlines. Individually wrapped to retain its soft texture of a long time, pickled dried plums are carefully selected and crushed before being spread thinly to form a sheet. Its refreshing sourness and flavourful sweetness makes this a stimulating snack!

Each piece of this fluffy and soft tart cake is filled with gently sweet biwa (loquat) jam. They are perfect as a tea time snack.

Made with ripe shikwasa or shikuwasa (citrus depressa), a native Okinawan citrus that has a unique sourness, low sugar content, and packed with Vitamin C.. Widely grown as a specialty in Okinawa, this citrus's juice is often used as a substitue for lemon in drinks and dishes. Enjoy the refreshing taste of shikwasa with this jelly drink that is easy to carry around.

Seriously addictive potato chips created in collaboration with Sugamo Konaya, a famous udon restaurant in Tokyo with snaking queues! Made with potatoes and rice, the chips are crunchy with a satisfying texture, and the creamy curry flavour has the right amount of creaminess and spiciness, just like the Curry Udon served at the restaurant itself!

This punny snack is made with glutinous rice "Wataboshi" from Niigata Prefecture, the land of rice. The crispy dough is made with whole lemons and organic lemon juice dissolved in sugar for a refreshing summer lemon flavor. The moderate sourness and sweetness of this delicious gluten-free arare (rice cracker) is a must-try.
