"Ko, Financier" (こ、ふぃなんしぇ) is a bite-sized financier made by Tsumugiya（つむぎや）, a long-established flour wholesaler with a history of 100 years. Saitama Prefecture is one of the leading wheat producing areas in Japan, and these financiers are made from 100% Saitama-grown wheat "Ayahikari".

In this product series, two flavours are available: Kasane Hojicha, which has the aroma and sweetness of hojicha, and Sayama Matcha, which has a fine astringent taste. Both are made from Sayama tea produced in Saitama Prefecture, which is considered one of the three best teas in Japan.

This time, we have selected the Kasane Hojicha flavour for you to try. Hope you will enjoy it!
