These soft plum sheets are made using fully ripened Nanko ume—a premium plum variety grown in Wakayama Prefecture.The plums are marinated in mikan honey (Japanese mandarin honey) for a gentle, mellow sweetness, then kneaded into a smooth paste and shaped into thin strips. Each strip is individually packaged—perfect for on-the-go snacking.
