Since 1991, Fukuya has partnered with JA Onomichi-city to create the popular Innoshima Hassaku Jelly, a product born out of innovation and dedication to improving farmers’ incomes. Their collaboration continues to bring the distinctive flavour of Hassaku to new generations.

In 1991, Fukuya Co., Ltd. partnered with JA Onomichi-city to create Innoshima Hassaku Jelly, aimed at improving local farmers’ incomes by transforming lower-grade Hassaku. The collaboration, through events and tasting sessions, quickly built the product’s recognition.

A Growing Partnership
