Inspired by the iconic Nijisseiki (20th Century) pear, a beloved symbol of Tottori Prefecture first cultivated in 1903, this nostalgic jelly has been loved since 1922. Shaped like a pear slice and made without using the actual fruit, it offers a chewy texture and a light, refreshing pear-like aroma—a unique treat from historic confectioner Kikko-ya.

Made by sandwiching renowned Aomori apples in syrup and custard cream. Baked in a round shape to evoke the image of a whole apple pie, the balance between the apple and custard cream is exquisite. This pie can be enjoyed at room temperature, but it can also be chilled in the fridge to enjoy the layers of the pie, or lightly roasted in the oven to enjoy its crispy texture.
