Our curated range of snacks are handpicked by JR East staff members who are passionate about introducing the wide and rare variety of snacks from all across Japan. Many of these snacks are not yet available outside of Japan, so by getting your hands onto our snack box, you’ll get first dibs to these exciting treats!

Each snack has varying shelf lives, but most of our snacks have shelf lives of between 60 to 180 days from manufacturing date. Visit “This Month’s Theme” page or “Past Themes” page to find out more.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 week of your order submission. You will receive a shipment notification when your box is dispatched out of our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive from the dispatched date but may take up to 3 weeks depending on local customs or postal service delays, if any.
