Refunds
At JAPAN RAIL CLUB, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. For lost or stolen packages, please reach out to our support team via our contact form. Our team will carefully review your case and provide the most appropriate resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to addressing any concerns related to damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the omiyage snack box or contents arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days and include photos of the damage. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or an alternative resolution. We’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Unclaimed Packages
If your package is returned to our facility and remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after we’ve contacted you without receiving a response, the items will be returned to our inventory, and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Auto payment renewal
JAPAN RAIL CLUB omiyage snack box subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. The renewal charge will be processed using the payment method provided during the initial subscription at the 3rd of the renewal month.
Notification: Subscribers will be informed about the auto-renewal process during sign-up and through our terms of service. Additionally, a reminder email will be sent during the week of the renewal date to ensure transparency and provide an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments.
Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note that once a subscription is renewed, refunds for that billing cycle cannot be processed.
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the pre-paid period, even if canceled prior to the next renewal date.
