Lightly salted thin rice crackers made with 100% Toyama-grown Uruchi rice and kneaded with Shiroebi (glass shrimp), the jewel of Toyama Bay. Located south of Tokyo in Kanagawa Prefecture, Kamakura and Koshigoe are seaside towns famous for wakame seaweed. Koshigoe wakame is kneaded into these rice crackers, which becomes crunchy after they are baked. Enjoy the aroma of the Shonan sea!

The organic brown rice used in this snack is of the "Yumepirika" variety, a representative of Hokkaido. It is also JAS-certified (Japanese Agricultural Standards) and is produced in Shinshinotsu Village of Hokkaido, an hour away from the city of Sapporo. The rice is moulded into easy-to-eat disc-shaped pongashi (rice crisps or puffs).
