This bite-sized jelly uses the pulp of the beloved La France pear. La France pears from Yamagata Prefecture is characterised by a smooth texture and exquisite sweetness, and is known to be the best in Japan!
A traditional confectionery that has been passed down since the Edo Period in the Shonai Area, Maruyama Karakara is a triangular-shaped senbei made with black sugar from Okinawa Prefecture. The best part? There are small and adorable trinkets and folk craft toys inside this delicious senbei! There are about 150 different kinds of toys, so every Karakara is a surprise!
Yamagata's beloved Oranda Senbei rice crackers are made with 100% uruchi rice from the Shonai Area. With a mere thickness of only 3mm, savour the addictively sweet and umami flavour of grilled corn that has been a popular product among people of all ages since its release.

A dash of salt harvested from the Sea of Japan is also added to the cookie dough, giving the cookies a flavourful yet sweet taste.
