This plan features a hot pot meal highlighting local specialties, including Maezawa beef sukiyaki and Kinsatsu rice. The experience also includes feed for the adorable ducks that follow the boat, and a lucky ball—toss it into a hole on the opposite bank and make a wish! HOW TO REDEEM
After purchasing this travel package, you will receive a confirmation letter by email that includes details on the package and other important information and details.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
・Please check in at least 10 minutes before the boat departure time to allow for preparation. If you miss the 12:00 PM boat, you will be placed on the 1:00 PM boat.
・If you prefer to dine before the cruise, meals are available at the restaurant in the Geibi Rest House.
・Please present your voucher to the staff at the cruise ticket office upon arrival.

・The service may be cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

REFUNDS
・Any cancellations made between 1 day (00:00 local time) to 0 day (00:00 local time) before the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
・Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 0 day before the activity, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
