The coffee beans used are an ultra-fine ground blend made by Cafe Sucre, a famous home-roasted coffee shop in the Hikifune area, Tokyo, and the flavours are kept to a minimum to make the most of the rich aroma of the coffee.

Sherbertious Yubari Melon is a melon jelly that uses the juice of the Yubari melon to reproduce the original taste and texture of the Yubari melon.

The bite-sized Nanbu senbei soak up the mentaiko (cod roe)! Kaki no tane (persimmon seeds) are wasabi-flavoured while the peanut is sweet. A great pairing with Japanese sake and shochu.

The dough is made from a blend of Nanbu wheat from Iwate Prefecture and 100% locally-made butter. The texture and rich taste are enhanced by the roasted peanuts. Please try it for yourself!

It is made from rice 'Nanatsuboshi' harvested in Biei, and this amazake is made solely from the sweetness of the azuki beans Shumari harvested in Biei. Freshly cooked azuki rice is fermented with water and rice koji.Rice koji is added to the freshly cooked azuki rice and fermented.

The sight of the yukitsuri (bamboo poles and ropes designed to protect trees from heavy snow) in Kenrokuen Garden is one of Ishikawa Prefecture's most well-known landmarks.
